The service

VEDAKJYOTI offers 1-on-1 detailed astrology consultations by phone or video with astrologers on our panel, followed by a detailed written report of the consultation. VEDAKJYOTI is operated by LIGHTSAPIEN PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999DL2018PTC340245).

Booking and payment

You complete the booking form and pay the consultation fee shown on the booking button at the time of booking, through our payment processor Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. We do not hold consultation slots before payment.

After confirmation, we contact you on the email address and phone number you provided to schedule your 1-on-1 consultation call, as per the availability of both you and the astrologer. The fee that applies to you is the one shown on the booking button when you book. We may change fees or services for future bookings.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate birth details and information. The quality of a reading depends on them. You must be 18 or older to book.

Nature of astrology

Astrology is a traditional system of guidance. Consultations express interpretations and opinions, not facts or guarantees. See our Disclaimer.

Rescheduling and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Content on this site belongs to us or is credited to its owner. Videos from YouTube remain the property of their creators.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or outcomes that follow from a consultation, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
